Advantages:

Очень красивый вид с балкона, высокоскоростной интернет, расположение. В целом понравилось.

Disadvantages:

Ужасный диван в спальне, стиральная машинка хоть и работает, но по факту вещи после стирки все в порошке и мокрые, то есть полоскание и отжим некорректно работают. Ещё было бы отлично чтобы спички были для плиты(было штук 5 в коробке), мусорные пакеты(было 3 шт) и другие расходники, особенно если снимают жилье на 2 недели.
