Advantages:

Приветливые хозяева, ухоженная территория, красивый садик, чистый бассейн. Ранний заезд, правда нам он не пригодился, так как мы задержались в пути из-за пробок. Но для прибывающих на поезде или самолете возможно ранний заезд будет удобен.

Disadvantages:

Далековато до моря (мы иногда доезжали на автомобиле) и неасфальтированная улица.
