Advantages:

Удобное расположение, рядом столовые, набережная (10 минут пешком). Есть бассейн, но подогрев был выключен, оценить не смогли. Рядом есть парковка для автомобиля, в тени (от деревьев), но есть нюанс: с хвойников капает смола на кузов. Персонал вежливый, приветливый, быстрое заселение. Вид из окна потрясающий. Все понравилось, для летнего отдыха с детьми, пожалуй, почти идеальное место.
