Advantages:

Все пошло отлично, жили 6 взрослых и двое детей в двухэтажном доме. Очень выручал бассейн на территории. До моря не далёко, но путь тернист (щебенка, узкие тропинки местами) - честные 10 минут. Территория кп кедровая роща понравилась, есть мини площадка детская, теннисный корт, бассейн, отель со столовой и ресторан натюрлих. Доставка продуктов в дом из магнита или пятерочки.

Disadvantages:

Посредники, с которыми приходилось самостоятельно списываться и выяснять детали заезда и обслуживания. Отсюда и переплата, видимо.
