Сдам дом на берегу чёрного моря. На территории дома и двора только ваша семья или компания. Идеальное предложение для двух близких родственников, семей, друзей. На территории дома и двора только вы и ваша компания. Имеется бесплатная парковка около двора.
Дом рассчитан на 8 человек (в идеале 2 пары взрослых и остальные дети)
В доме 2 отдельные спальни, 2 комнаты проходные со спальными местами для детей. Учитывайте это пожалуйста перед тем, как забронировать.
Свыше 8 человек доплата 500₽, но не более, чем ещё за 2 детей.
Расстояние до моря 400м, пешком минут 7-10. Вода горячая, холодная постоянно. На зимний период дом отапливается (тёплый пол). Мы будем рады принять вас в качестве гостей!
С животными заселяю только, если 1 собака мелкой породы, с кошками не беру.
Заранее благодарю всех, кто оставил дом и двор в чистоте!
