Сдаётся уютная однокомнатная квартира в первой линии от моря с евроремонтом и лифтом. Бесплатная парковка. Балкон с видом на горы. Рассчитана квартира на проживание до 4 гостей.
В шаговой доступности продуктовые магазины, столовые, аптеки, кафе и рестораны. До моря 5-6 минут пешком. Также в нашем районе местная достопримечательность — старый парк.

Advantages:

Хороший ремонт, все прилично и соответствует фото.

Disadvantages:

Не выдают пододеяльники, хозяйка удивилась, что мы вообще их попросили. Сказала, брать простынь а сверху ложить плед. На просьбу предоставить пододеяльник, наотрез отказалась. В первые с таким сталкиваюсь. Вроде как само собой разумеющиеся, что в комплекте постельного белья должен быть пододеяльник. Также из туалета периодически дико разило канализацией.

Спасибо за ваш отзыв. Мы не удивились. На фото нет пододеяльников и одеял, мы их не предоставляем. За столько лет никто не жаловался, наоборот всех все устраивало и все были в восторге. В летнее время наши постояльцы не любят укрываться одеялами , поэтому на всякий случай мы кладем пледы )
