На двух человек с кондиционером и собственной душевой комнатой с санузлом, либо две отдельные кровати, либо один двухспальный диванчик. Общая кухня с холодильниками, телевизором, микроволновой плитой, посудой, принадлежностями, на ночь с 23 до 7 часов закрывается на ключ. Стоимость одной стирки в стиральной машине 100 рублей, но в основном если немного белья, то стирают в тазике. Парковочные места во дворе. Ночью нельзя шуметь, мешать сну и отдыху других проживающих.
